8 Lakes Lodge
A top-to-bottom renovation of a lakefront home on Baseline Lake in Pinckney — gutted to the studs and rebuilt from the inside out. We tore out load-bearing columns and replaced them with engineered beams to open up the entire main level, installed a brand-new kitchen, renovated every bathroom, and ran all new electrical, HVAC, and plumbing throughout. The result is a wide-open, modern lakehouse built to last — finished spring 2026.

The PLĀ House
A complete gut-to-studs transformation of a lakefront home on Portage Lake in Pinckney. Every inch was rethought — new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanicals throughout. We rebuilt the kitchen from scratch, renovated all four bathrooms, replaced the roof, relocated stairways to open up the floor plan, and brought the entire home up to modern code. The result: a lakehouse that feels brand new, built with the kind of precision and care that will hold up for decades.
